apply for periods greater than 4 weeks. Casa Blanca - Merida Centro Casa Blanca is truly one of Merida's finest Colonial homes located on Calle 66 in the heart of Merida's Historic Centro. Enter the foyer where you'll be struck by the grandeur of space, high ceilings, the open courtyard with tropical garden and overall feeling of calmness. Rarely is a house like this available for rent. All bedrooms and principal rooms are air conditioned and all modern systems are in place.Casa Blanca offers 4 luxury bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and custom closets. Each is well located for maximum privacy; 2 on the main floor and the other 2 on the second. The second floor also has the laundry room complete with washer and dryer. A 2nd level private terrace is located off one of the bedrooms. The master suite has views of the back garden and the tiled filtered lap pool. All main floor principal rooms open onto the center courtyard. The dining room is grand, the entertainment room is complete with cable and flat screen TV. The Kitchen features a center island with stools, large pantry, Yucatecan decor of tile and decorative hood fan, gas stove, dishwasher and quality fridge. The eat-in area off the kitchen is near the water fountain on a covered terrace. The house has wireless internet, telephone, and full time management services. CASA DE FLORES Casa de Flores is a little piece of heaven in the Historic Center of the Colonial White City of Merida. The owner has brought to the recently completed renovations, her keen sense of design, colour and flair. Enter into the first receiving room and you'll be struck with the warmth and overall feeling of tranquil serenity. The living room opens onto a covered terrace for an extended sitting area. The house features 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 2 custom made singles. The bedrooms share the bathroom which features a wonderful mix of polished concrete and stone. The dining room has private doors to the garden and pool. The well equipped kitchen has a large pantry, quality fridge, gas stove and washer. The house offers satellite TV, DVD player, wireless Internet, telephone, and air conditioned bedrooms. The gardens host an array of colour, shade and beauty. Beach House in Chelem - Chelem Puerto This fabulous 2-level beachfront villa is located in the
village of Chelem. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The top of the line equipped kitchen has corian countertops, a breakfast
bar, and separate dining area. One of the bedrooms is on the main floor. There's a full wall of glass and patio doors
looking onto the covered terrace and pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The 2nd floor terrace offers excellent views
of the blue waters of the Gulf. This property has maximum privacy, is walled on all sides and has secure parking. The beach
is great! It even has it's own private dock where you can sit and watch the fishing boats go by, the pelicans in
